Consultant Radiologist w/ Special interest

I am working with a district General Hospital seeking to recruit a General Radiologist with an interest in Breast. The hospital are seeking Radiologists with UK experience that can do the full range of Breast work, including interventions, screening etc. Unfortunately at this time the department do not have capacity to offer training or support to international candidates so UK experience is essential. However, if you haven’t completed CESR yet this isn’t an issue. The trust is rated GOOD by CQC with performance well within the top % of acute trusts in the UK. You will be involved in audit, quality improvement, MDT, teaching & on calls. You will have dedicated workspace & a home work station will be provided for on call duties and to allow for periods of working from home (to be agreed in job plan). The trust have benefitted from investment in new tech & a CDC with opportunities for greater expansion. Very close to major cities such as Sheffield & Leeds. I am working with an NHS foundation trust based in the East of England seeking to appoint a Radiologist with an interest in Head & Neck. If you have a secondary interest in Neuro that can also be supported.  Essential criteria:  Full GMC FRCR Must be sub-specialised in Head and Neck & be able to do full range of imaging & FNACs  *for those that need CESR support, this can be provided.  The area offers a bit of everything, brilliant shopping in the main beautiful towns, the countryside and the sea side are also very short journeys away. A variety of the villages have been shortlisted in the best places to live in recent polls. The town offers an excellent choice of state and private schools.   

Consultant Radiologists x 3 Full GMC FRCR I am partnered with a fantastic district, General Hospital in the south of the UK seeking to appoint 3 General Radiologists on fixed term or substantive contracts. The successful candidate will have a good general background and undertake a share of the departments XR, CT & MRI including general hot and cold reporting sessions. They will also regularly report duty radiologist sessions. There is options to do home reporting with equipment provided by the trust. Dedicated time to develop a special interest will be allowed within the job plan according to the individual sub-specialty requirements. Sub-specialty interests that can be accommodated are as follows: Cardiothoracic: Main need it within thoracic imaging, but some cardiac imaging can also be provided. Lung Biopsies – is desirable, but if cannot do this then a willingness to learn, as training can potentially be provided for the right person. Lung MDT – ability to lead the MDT H&N: Associated FNACs needed. Full range of imaging H&N MDT Urology and/or Gynae: Full range of CT & MRI If interested please make sure that you included a detailed description of your general experience, as well as details around all the experience you have in your area of interest (as above). You will be expected to participate in the oncalls. Currently 1:12. Nights and weekends is outsourced. Interventional on call is separate.
