My role is Trainee Recruitment Consultant and the specialisms I'll be covering are GIM, Acute and Geriatric medicine.

Kaizen was no brainer to me as recruitment has always appealed to me and the different roles within a hospital have always intrigued me. I think it’s a great industry to recruit for as it’s an important job which leads to millions of people getting the help they need and you also get to learn a lot about the people your contacting from around the world which I find very interesting.

In my spare time I play a lot of football and I support Ipswich who I tend to watch most weeks. I also love a festival.

Something people don't know about me is that I used to play football for Southend.
